STESA CONGRESS '18: STESA RELINQUISHES HER PRO FROM OFFICE

The much anticipated Science and Technology Education Students Association’s first congress for the 2017/2018 academic session held on the 28th of June 2018, at the Faculty’s SEC Lab. The congress which started around 4pm with a minute silence for the deceased Financial Secretary of the Association Com. Adedayo Adeyinka P (Oga Tisa), addressed issues pertaining to the association. Some of the salient issues discussed included lateness of executive members to the congress, inactiveness of the Public Relations Officer (PRO), state of the association, Constitution of Dinner and Award night Committee, report from the constitution review committee amongst others. After the association’s president Com. Yusuff Oladeji Afeez (Sir Useful) introduced the executive members around, a concerned congressman asked why all executives were not around at the time of introducing them.
