OSUN STATE GOVERNOR SIGNS AMOTEKUN BILL INTO LAW

Governor Adegboyega Oyetola signed Amotekun bill into law today at the governor's office in osogbo before the state law makers and members of the executive.
The Governor calls on residents of the state to adhere to the spirit and letter of the Amotekun law and respect the Amotekun personnel as they labour earnestly to protect the state.

    The speaker of the Osun House of Assembly, Rt Hon Timothy Owoeye led other members of the state parliament to the governor to assent the bill.

      The Governor calls on residents of the state to adhere to the spirit and letter of the Amotekun law and respect the Amotekun personnel as they labour earnestly to protect the state.

If truly Nigeria has gotten Independence, Why is she still in servitude? According to Merriam Webster Dictionary,  Independence is "the freedom from outside control or support". Independence is also seen as the time when a country or region gains political freedom from outside control. In the process of providing a definition to the word, "Independence", I noticed a  keyword, present,  in the definitions of Independence, supplied earlier in this piece,  which is "FREEDOM".
