NIGERIAN GOVERNOR HOLDS AN HOMECOMING CEREMONY FOR THIS ARTISTE

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, rapper, and dancer. He is one of the biggest and most successful African artists.
The 29-years-old grammy winner, burna boy stormed his state of origin in grand style in a glorious reunion with his home people.
Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike held a grand party on his behalf, which was witnessed by a cream of the society. Some other artistes were in attendance too.
Now, there's been strong opposition over the state governor's gesture of reportedly giving every single artiste in attendance to the party the sum of ten million Naira (10,000,000). Thus, if there were just ten (10) artistes on the night, the governor spent not less than a hundred million Naira.

The wife of  Lagos State Governor, Dr( Mrs) Joke Sanwo-olu has taken to alert the general public contrary to misinformation  that curfew has not been announced in Lagos  State. She said "The state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-olu dropped the idea of imposing a curfew in the state meant to allow the fumigation exercise of public space." If truly Nigeria has gotten Independence, Why is she still in servitude? According to Merriam Webster Dictionary,  Independence is "the freedom from outside control or support". Independence is also seen as the time when a country or region gains political freedom from outside control. In the process of providing a definition to the word, "Independence", I noticed a  keyword, present,  in the definitions of Independence, supplied earlier in this piece,  which is "FREEDOM".
