VETERAN ACTRESS, RACHEL ONIGA DIES

The 64 years old Veteran actress Rachel Oniga passed away in the early hours of today.

A family source has revealed how veteran Nigerian actress, Rachael Oniga died. The source, who pleaded anonymity, said the popular actress died in Lagos.

The actress gave up the ghost at her residence after being in and out of hospital for an undisclosed illness.

Her family is said to be devastated by the shock of her death, although they are yet to issue an official statement.

The wife of  Lagos State Governor, Dr( Mrs) Joke Sanwo-olu has taken to alert the general public contrary to misinformation  that curfew has not been announced in Lagos  State. She said "The state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-olu dropped the idea of imposing a curfew in the state meant to allow the fumigation exercise of public space." If truly Nigeria has gotten Independence, Why is she still in servitude? According to Merriam Webster Dictionary,  Independence is "the freedom from outside control or support". Independence is also seen as the time when a country or region gains political freedom from outside control. In the process of providing a definition to the word, "Independence", I noticed a  keyword, present,  in the definitions of Independence, supplied earlier in this piece,  which is "FREEDOM".
