The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Eyitope Ogunbodede, made this known in a meeting convened by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof Isiaka Aransi, which was attended also by top officers of the university, members of the Association of Campus Journalists (ACJ-OAU), National Associational Nigerian Students (NANS) Southwest Zonal Coordinator, and the affected students. Omole Ibukun, a final year student of Civil Engineering and Oluwalade Babatunde, a 300l student of English, were reinstated after being suspended for their involvement in the power outage protest of October last year.
