  According to the United Nation millions of refugees In northwest Syria due to the ongoing needs a quick intervention as freezing winter temperatures persist to make living condition unbearable.   Mr. cutts, the United Nation's deputy coordinator to the Syria therefore call upon the international community to come to the aid of these people as they are some of the most vulnerable people in the world. Emphasizing on how millions of people are displaced  and how more tents are destroyed he said the major challenge is to locate to a better and safer conditions. Mr Cutts went ahead to explain the need of finding an urgent solution to what seems to be a rising problem at the moment.
