It is that season again when majority would try to show love in a special way to their dearly ones, a period when social media like, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp would be flooded with various Valentine offers. 

Don’t you think love is in the air? Of course, yeah! Cruise or no cruise, the feeling is nice. This has made Asiwaju Lerry hit a jackpot.

Just about some days to Valentine’s, a billionaire’s daughter, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy sets twitter agog and wows her fans online owing to an offer she made to a random follower.  She tweeted, 'Dear A$AP Lerry (@_Asiwaju Lerry), will you be my 2022 valentine? I know you are in Ibadan and I’m in Oxford but let’s meet on Twitter space at 7pm on February 14th for our first date'. 

As expected, Lerry gladly accepted the juicy offer as they both agreed to meet virtually. This has got Nigerians reacted as some said 'Lerry, the baba wey run soap for you sabi work o',..,  'Lerry would hope everyday was Valentine’s day’,…… 'A faithful babe somewhere in Ibadan is about to lose her boyfriend, breakfast pro max uploading, congrats Cuppy for shooting your shot'….as well as other comments.

Well, I sense her followers would increase drastically against next year. Perhaps what would you say to all these? Would you say

 1. DJ Cuppy shouldn’t have done that? 

2. Lerry Asiwaju  should not accept the offer if he’s in a serious relationship?

 3. Everything would die down after the Valentine season or something hoooge might come up? 

Now, which would you choose between having a valentine date with a celeb or going on a physical date with your lover (regardless of who foots the bill)?

Nigeria Celebrates 58th Independence Anniversary; Nigeria Still Under Servitude.

If truly Nigeria has gotten Independence, Why is she still in servitude? According to Merriam Webster Dictionary,  Independence is "the freedom from outside control or support". Independence is also seen as the time when a country or region gains political freedom from outside control. In the process of providing a definition to the word, "Independence", I noticed a  keyword, present,  in the definitions of Independence, supplied earlier in this piece,  which is "FREEDOM".
