INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION GETS A NEW DIRECTOR



The Institute of Education, the research hub of the Faculty of Education in Obafemi Awolowo University has on Monday gotten a new Director. 
The new Director, Dr. (Mrs.) 'Sola Agboola resumed the office on Monday 2nd of August 2021.

The former Director Dr. 'Segun Adelodun was in office 2018 to 2021.

The directive was contained in a statement released in Abuja by Fabian Benjamin, the head of public affairs and protocol. He noted that the printing of slip for candidates who registered for the JAMB examination will span from Friday, 6th May to 14th of May. “Printing of examination slip is necessary for all candidates as it enables them to know the venue, date, session and time of their examination.” “All candidates are advised to print slips on time so as to know the location of their examination centers. OSUN STATE GOVERNOR SIGNS AMOTEKUN BILL INTO LAW

Governor Adegboyega Oyetola signed Amotekun bill into law today at the governor's office in osogbo before the state law makers and members of the executive. 2022 FRESHERS DEBATE

  Day 2 of the Fresher’s orientation week started with an opening prayer, in which the national anthem and the school anthem follow respectively. The programme which was a courtesy of the office of the vice-president student union was an interfaculty Pick and Talk/debate which took place at Oduduwa hall. Following the opening of speech was the introduction of all faculty leaders and students union after which all faculties were introduced to the audience. The introduction of Judges follow immediately during which the MC of the programme expresses his satisfaction at the presence of the judges on ground “even though some were yet to arrive the table still look balance” he said. Representatives from all faculties were introduced to the audience, after which the modalities of the debate were stated by one of the judges.
